Over-the-shoulder vehicle view.
Anonymous fictional observer added. Shoulder occupies more foreground than requested, but the vehicle remains visible; distinct from POV.
The shoulder creates a foreground frame and a sense of an observer looking toward the subject. That observer is fictional and should not be mistaken for a person present in the original photograph.
Check how much of the vehicle the shoulder hides. Reduce foreground size if the subject loses prominence. Inspect added anatomy and avoid details that imply a real person's identity.
/POV — A first-person viewpoint removes the visible observer and can involve a larger reconstruction of the surrounding scene.
